The page and forums are still online! As is the MUD.
You can find the site and forums (semi-broken) over at http://tek-base.dnsalias.net/~awake/.
If you're looking to connect to the MUD, just point your client at tek-base.org:4000.

And for those not yet aware, www.awake2062.net will officially go offline when the domain expires on July 22nd, 2009.
So the MUD will be gone then too.
